A manicure/pedicure takes approx 60 minutes and involves shaping the nail, tidying nail cuticles, moisturising the hand/arm, foot/leg and nails including massaging, exfoliation then applying varnish. Damaged or dehydrated nails often find that regular manicure improves the condition and appearance of both hands and nails.
