Bookings.
I would recommend booking sooner rather than later especially during the summer months as this is a very busy time!

Payment.
A non-refundable deposit will secure my services for your wedding day.
Payment for trials are payable on the day in cash. After your trial a 50% deposit will be required. The deposit will be deducted from your final invoice.
Travel up to 5 miles is included (from Colchester town centre) over that additional charges may occur depending on travel time & distance.
Cancellation.
In the event of cancelling my services, unfortunately the deposit is non-refundable .
Health & Safety.
When applying your make up in your chosen location I would appreciate that all pets are out of the room as these can cause distraction and could contaminate products. I operate a non smoking policy and will not work in a smokey atmosphere. If you are ill (cold, stomach bug etc) I would appreciate a call to make an alternative appointment. I take great care to ensure that I uphold the level of customer satisfaction you would expect from a professional person.
